・ Rain Storms will put out the fire on 5 random Panels
・ To erase the 3 Panels at the bottom, an Arrow Panel facing downward is necessary. But if you have a Rain Storm item and erase all but 5 fire Panels on the board, the Rain Storm is guaranteed to hit the remaining Panels.
